If you have ShortPoint Power BI connection established from the Integration page on the ShortPoint Dashboard, and you want to completely remove/disconnect it, then this article is for you.

Before we begin
This solution is for you if:
- You use Office 365 or SharePoint 2019 environment.
- You have ShortPoint installed on your SharePoint sites(s).
- You are a ShortPoint Designer with an active license.
- ShortPoint Power BI integration is established in your SharePoint sites and you want to disconnect it.
Step 1. Navigate to ShortPoint hidden library
Obtain the URL of your tenant/site collection where you want to disconnect ShortPoint Graph Integration and append the name of the hidden library. For example:
https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/sitecollection/lists/SHORTPOINT - Branding Settings
Where:
https://tenant.sharepoint.com is the URL of your tenant (root site).
sitecollection is the name of your site collection.
/lists/SHORTPOINT - Branding Settings is the path that you will add that would take you to the hidden library.
This is how it should look like when you navigate to the page:
Note: If your Graph integration was established from the root site of your SharePoint tenant, then you can use this format to navigate to the hidden library: https://tenant.sharepoint.com/lists/SHORTPOINT - Branding Settings Where: https://tenant.sharepoint.com is the root site of your tenant. /lists/ SHORTPOINT - Branding Settings is the path to the hidden library.
Step 2. Search for IntegrationSettings
On the ShortPoint Branding Settings page, scroll down and look for the IntegrationSettings:
Step 3. Remove account details in the IntegrationSettings
(1) Click the integrationSettings and (2) Edit it:
A side panel will appear. In the SettingValue field you need to remove the following properties:
powerBICredentials
PowerBIUserName
Here is how it looks like once the following properties have been removed from the SettingValue:

Then, click the Save button to save the changes:
Step 4. Confirm Disconnection from the Dashboard
Navigate to the ShortPoint Dashboard, and go to the Integration tile:

That's it! You should now see that the Power BI integration has been completely removed.

How to resolve if you still see your email address in the Power BI Design Element after disconnecting?
When the Power BI connection is removed, you should not see your email address added when you insert a Power BI Design Element. Follow the next steps if your email is still automatically attached like this example below:
Here's what you need to do:
From the Integrations page, go back to the ShortPoint Dashboard by clicking the big blue back button:
Click the Licensing tile:
And click the Activate button.
Once the ShortPoint license has been activated, go back to your page and add the Power BI Design Element. Open its settings and under the Design tab, you should see that your email address has been removed:
