Disconnecting Microsoft Graph Integration
In order to remove ShortPoint connection to your Office 365 applications, follow these steps:
Step 1: Disconnect via Microsoft Azure Portal
Navigate to your Microsoft Azure Portal and delete ShortPoint from the recognized enterprise applications list. We have a support article on How to Remove Microsoft Graph Integration From Azure Portal which you can use as a reference to complete this step.
Note: This process effectively disconnects Microsoft Graph Integration with ShortPoint on all SharePoint site collections in your tenancy. Please ensure that the integration is no longer required on all of your sites before proceeding.
Step 2: Confirm that Microsoft Graph Integration is disconnected
Go to the ShortPoint Dashboard and select the Integrations tile. The button under Microsoft Graph should now return to its initial state asking you to Connect. This means that the integration was successfully disconnected.
