Yammer - Add ability to filter by 'topics'

Hi, we are really pushing Yammer out to our team as the primary news channel in the company.  Our leadership and marketing team would like the ability to maintain one Yammer feed and use 'topics' to create filters.  Currently, ShortPoint only offers filtering by 'groups'.
