How to add link inside Accordion ShortPoint Content

Hi,

I have an accordion with text ‘Locations’. I open the accordion and I see a list of our locations. Boston, New York, Los Angeles and so forth. I want each of those location names to function as a hyperlink, but I can’t quite figure out how to do it.

Is it possible?

Hi Ira,

Check out this recording:

Let us know if this solves the issue!

You can also insert Link ShortPoint inside the accordion content if you want more link options.

Thank you

Indeed. Thanks. Perfect. Sorry, that was too easy!

Hi, I have this same question but the clickly link is not working. Would it be possible to please post a text instruction of how to do this?

Hi Roberta,

Sure. Here are the steps:

1) Open the page in edit mode.

2) Highlight the Accordion content that you would like to make a link from (without opening the Accordion settings).

3) In the SharePoint Ribbon, click the Insert tab.

4) Click Link.

5) You will see a menu appearing. Choose the type of the link you would like to insert: a link from SharePoint or from Address.

6) Put in the link in the window appearing.

7) Press OK.

8) Repeat the same for all other items you would like to make a link from.

9) That's it! Now you can just save the page.

Here is the animation I recreated for you:

Please tell if that helped and if you have further questions.

Kind Regards,

Oksana
