How to create responsive page layout in SharePoint?

We have created this page layout:

How can we use ShortPoint to create responsive SharePoint page layout?

You can use ShortPoint Section, Row, and Column to create any page layout.

Why this is better than using web part zones:

You can add anything in the white areas.
You can change the layout in seconds
You have many layout settings and options in Section, Row, and every column
Try to resize your page, and see how columns adapt to the size of the screen
Open change the look page (Site Settings, ShortPoint Dashboard, Change the look) and try to enable Force responsive feature. And refresh the page and try to resize. It will become 100% responsive
