With the release of new ShortPoint SPFx, and adoption of new Microsoft SPFx framework, Microsoft made the Apps in SharePoint non-clickable because they don't have a separate sub-site. Hence, to keep the ShortPoint Experience same as before, we decided to create a link in Site Contents called ShortPoint Dashboard.

What is ShortPoint SPFx app used for?
The ShortPoint SPFx App in Site Contents will be used if you want to switch to a newer version. If you already have ShortPoint SPFx 7.1.5.xx version or higher, then the only upgrade option for you, is the New Upgrade.
