You can use ShortPoint to hide the SharePoint and Office 365 ribbon and suite bar. This will improve the user experience a lot. We call this feature Focus Mode.
In this article, we will provide you with instructions on how to enable Focus Mode in ShortPoint Theme Builder and apply it to specific pages or all pages on your intranet site.

Prerequisites
- You have the latest ShortPoint SPFx installed on your site

Here are the detailed steps you can follow to enable Focus Mode in ShortPoint Theme Builder:
Step 1: Open Theme Builder
- Navigate to Site Settings on your SharePoint suite bar
- Open Site Contents
- Select ShortPoint Dashboard
- Choose the appropriate experience for your site, Classic or Modern
- Hit Customize my site
This will launch ShortPoint Theme Builder and open the home page of your site.
Step 2: Hide Ribbon and Suite Bar
To hide the ribbon and suite bar on your site pages
- Navigate to General Settings
- Choose Elements
- Select which pages you want to hide the ribbon and suite bar in (i.e. choose All sites to apply Focus Mode on all pages, choose Home page if you want to apply it on the home page only)
- Slide the toggle on the Focus Mode field to enable it
To hide the ribbon for mobile experience
- Navigate to Mobile Settings
- Open Mobile Elements
- Slide the toggle on the Focus Mode field to enable it
Step 3: Publish your changes
- Click the Publish button to apply your changes
That's it! You now have a streamlined SharePoint page. There are no confusing additional buttons and your users can focus on your content.
