We have a section on our intranet where we pull up the 5 most recent documents in a library. I drag old items into an "Archive" folder for people to be able to reference if needed.
The problem is, that the Data source scans the "Archive" subfolder and presents documents from inside of it on the home page. So, we end up having old documents appear on the home page instead of the actual last 5 documents uploaded into the document library.
I went ahead and deleted the Archive folder and it's working now, but it'd be nice to be able to keep the archive folder in the future.
