Where are the New Upgrade files hosted?

The New Upgrade files are stored on our online content delivery network (CDN) at d2zzvnmppezkx.cloudfront.net and as the upgrade is launched, the ShortPoint SPFx app settings are updated and will then launch ShortPoint files from newer locations (from the latest version of ShortPoint in CDN).

ShortPoint does not store any New Upgrade files in the customer's environment, it only refers file from CDN locations which keeps changing to newer ShortPoint version as and when New Upgrade happens.
