How to Duplicate ShortPoint Design Elements in Live Mode

Before we begin

• Make sure you have the latest version of ShortPoint installed for your SharePoint environment.
• Make sure that you are a ShortPoint Designer with an active license.

Step-by-step Tutorial

There are two ways to duplicate Design Elements:

Option 1: Using Easy Pass Active Mode

Activate EasyPass Active mode by selecting the Design Element you want to duplicate.

Click the ellipsis icon.

Click Duplicate.

You will now see your duplicated Design Element. You can edit the duplicated Design Element according to your preference.

Once satisfied, click Save.

Then, click Republish.

Option 2: Using the Context Menu

Right-click the Design Element you want to duplicate to open the Context Menu.

Click Duplicate. 

You will now see your duplicated Design Element. You can edit the duplicated Design Element according to your preference.

Once satisfied, click Save.

Then, click Republish.
