Problem

When you open "Theme Builder" page from ShortPoint Dashboard in Chrome browser and click on "Customize my site" button theme builder does not open and page freezes:

In developer tools console you find the following error:

Solution

To fix this make sure the "Page Diagnostics for SharePoint" extension is disabled:

1. In Chrome go to More Tools => Extensions
   
   
   
   
2. Find the "Page Diagnostics for SharePoint" extension
   
   
3. Disable the extension
   
   
   
4. Go back to you SharePoint site page and refresh the page.
