Why is ShortPoint Modern Theme Builder color palette disabled for Associated Site Collections?

ShortPoint Modern Theme Builder Color Palette uses the SharePoint site theming feature which is designed to be inherited in all Associated Site Collections from your Hub site. And hence, if you have ShortPoint installed on Hub site and apply any Color Palette setting in it, all the associated site collections will have the changes applied. Which is why there is no need of Color Palette feature in Associated site collection as they are inherited from hub sites.
