Introduction
In certain cases, after the upgrade to a new version of ShortPoint is completed, the Customization Settings (as well as the fixes and improvements included into a newer version) may not apply instantly. This is why after an upgrade to a new version (or installing a hotfix package you have received from us) we may ask you to re-publish the Theme Builder Settings.
How to Re-Publish?
After you have upgraded (for upgrade references, check these steps for SharePoint Online and these ones for SharePoint On-Premise), please follow these steps:
1. Open ShortPoint Theme Builder.
For SharePoint Online: Site Contents > ShortPoint > Site Customizations > Customize my Site.
For SharePoint On-Premise: Site Settings > ShortPoint Dashboard > Site Customizations > Customize my site.
2. Open General Layout.
In the Theme Builder panel on the right, please click General Settings > General Layout. The Publish button will become enabled.
3. Publish.
Done! You will see a green-colored animation indicating that the website is published. After that, you will be redirected to your home page.
