How to Copy and Paste a Whole ShortPoint Web Part into Another SharePoint Page?

This article will demonstrate how to copy and paste a whole ShortPoint web part (including all Design Elements and its content)  into another SharePoint page. This will allow you to build another page with the same design and structure in a fraction of the time you built the original page.

Prerequisites

  • You must have the latest version of ShortPoint SPFx installed on your SharePoint environment.
  • You must be a ShortPoint Designer with an active license.
  • You must have existing ShortPoint web parts on your SharePoint page.

How to Copy and Paste in Live Mode


Live Mode is for users who have ShortPoint SPFx version 8.0.x.xx or above. Start the interactive tutorial to learn how to copy and paste a SharePoint page in Live Mode:



NOTE: If you have multiple ShortPoint web parts on your page, you will need to copy and paste them individually.


NOTE: You can also copy a ShortPoint web part by adding ?spcopy=1 after your page URL. This will enable the copy-and-paste functionality on your page:

?spcopy=1

How to Copy and Paste in Grid Mode
