The uninstallation of ShortPoint  from your SharePoint On-Premise 2013/2016  is simple and safe. You will not lose any of your data at this stage, but the pages and themes you published with ShortPoint will become hidden.

This article is for you if

• You have ShortPoint Farm Solution 2013/2016 installed on your environment

• You want to uninstall ShortPoint from your SharePoint On-Premise Farm

Step 1: Deactivate ShortPoint feature 

Navigate to Site Settings > Manage site features:

Step 2: Navigate to the setup file

Please find the installation file on your server. It is called Setup2013.exe for SharePoint 2013 or Setup2016.exe for SharePoint 2016 and Run it. It will open for your ShortPoint Foundation setup wizard.

Step 3: Uninstall ShortPoint in ShortPoint Foundation setup wizard

In the open window of setup wizard opened on your screen, please click Next button:

Once you have passed System Check, again click Next button:

Now you can select the Remove option and click Next button:

Please wait once the solution will be retracted from all web applications and then click Next button:

You will see the results of removal.
ShortPoint is now uninstalled from your environment.
