Before You Begin
This article is for SharePoint 2019. Also, make sure that you have the latest App uploaded to your App Catalog
Step 1: Go to Site contents
Step 2: Locate the ShortPoint SPFx App, and then proceed with the update
In the Modern Site Experience:
Click the ellipsis (…) and then Details against ShortPoint SPFx app (Note: do not select ShortPoint Dashboard).
Click the ellipsis (…) and open the App ABOUT page
Step 3: Get the latest App
After that, click GET IT!
Wait for a moment until the app get updated on your site
In Modern Experience, this is what you will see
Step 4: Wait and Refresh
The page should refresh and the message will disappear and ShortPoint App will become available (not disabled)
