Why does it say that my site inherits the settings from parent?

If ShortPoint was installed on the entire site collection, the Theme Builder customizations will be inherited by the subsites from the top-level site. 

It means that all the Theme Builder settings made on the top-level site will be automatically applied to all subsites. 

To stop inheriting customizations, please open the ShortPoint Dashboard on a subsite, go to Site Customizations > Customize my Site, and press Stop inheriting settings.
