Issue:
Design Elements do not show any data when connected using the Group Events (Outlook) or Shared Events (Outlook) connection types. This issue was present in previous ShortPoint versions and was fixed in ShortPoint SPFx version 8.5.3.1.
However, if you have an existing Group Events or Shared Events connection and subsequently upgraded to 8.5.3.1, you may continue to encounter this issue.
Reason
ShortPoint connections automatically cache by default. If you connected your Design Element before upgrading to version 8.5.3.1, your browser might have saved it while it was broken. Even after upgrading to the fixed version, you may still see the same problem because your browser is using the old cached version.
Workaround
For now, you will need to temporarily disable caching and update the connection to resolve the issue. However, we are actively working on a permanent solution. For updates on upcoming fixes and releases, please visit our Product Roadmap page.
