Known Issue: ShortPoint Group Events (Outlook) Connection Fails When “Show Only Once” Option Is Selected in Recurrence Settings

Issue:

The connection fails when you set up a Design Element to display group events using the ShortPoint Group Events (Outlook) connection type and select the "Show Only Once" option in the Recurring Event field.

Reason:

ShortPoint encounters an error when retrieving the necessary permissions to establish the connection on behalf of the current user.

Further Improvements:

We are actively working on a solution to this issue and developing ways to implement the "Show only once" functionality for recurring events. For updates on upcoming fixes and releases, please visit our Product Roadmap page.

In the meantime, the ShortPoint Group Events (Outlook) connection type works perfectly with the "Expand" recurrence setting. Please continue using the feature with this option.
