There are 2 ways to paste design elements:
Option 1: Using the EasyPass Active Mode
Activate EasyPass Active mode by selecting the Section where you want to paste.
Click the ellipsis icon.
Select any Paste option.
For this guide, we will click Paste [element] before Section which will paste the copied element before the selected Section.
Here are other paste options:
- Paste [element] before Section - pastes the Design Element you copied before the section you selected.
- Paste [element] Into Section - pastes the Design Element you copied inside the section you selected.
- Paste [element] after Section - pastes the Design Element you copied after the section you selected.
NOTE: When you copy a Design Element (without its container Section and Row) and paste it, it will automatically inherit its own Section and Row.
Since this paste option will paste the Design Element you copied before your selected section, click the delete icon to remove the blank Section.
Option 2: Using the Context Menu
Right-click a Section to see the Context Menu.
Then, select Paste [element] after Section.
Since this paste option will paste the Design Element you copied after your selected section, click the delete icon to remove the blank Section.
Other Copy and Paste Options
Copying Content-holder Design Elements
Content-holder Design Elements are elements that can hold other Design Elements. Elements of this type include Section, Column, Accordions, Alert, Animate, Background, Frame, Info, List, Panel, Tabs, Templates, TOC Content, Toggles, and Well.
If you copied Content-holder Design Elements, you will also be copying all the Design Elements it contains.
For example, we copied an entire Section with four Panels.
When we paste it, the entire Section including the four Panels will be copied too.
Pasting Content-holder Design Elements
Below are the paste options available for Content-holder Design Elements:
- Paste Before - Use this option if you would like to insert the copied Design Element before the current Design Element.
