Known Limitation: ShortPoint Page Builder With Live Mode Does Not Support Editing In Internet Explorer

Once upgraded to the new ShortPoint Page Builder with Live Mode (version 8.0.x.xx or later) and you try to add or edit a ShortPoint web part, you receive a notification window stating that your browser is not supported.

Reason

As Internet Explorer is approaching its end-of-life, we announced that we are sunsetting support for the browser. With this in mind, the latest ShortPoint public release version and future releases will no longer be optimized for Internet Explorer.

Solution

To continue editing with the new ShortPoint Page Builder with Live Mode, we recommend that you add or edit ShortPoint web parts using any of the following modern browsers - Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Brave. This will ensure that you have the best design experience while using ShortPoint.
