Before we begin
- Make sure you are on SharePoint Office 365 or SharePoint 2019 On-Premise environment.
- Make sure you already have ShortPoint SPFx app installed on your SharePoint site/s.
- It is important that you already have an experience with the step-by-step process of this New Upgrade series. You can refer to this Tutorial: How to Upgrade to ShortPoint SPFx 7.1.5.xx Version (New Upgrade) if this is your first time upgrading.
Step 1: Identify the site collection you want to update
Once you have identified the site collection where you want ShortPoint SPFx to be updated, we need to perform the previous steps that were discussed in this tutorial series. NOTE: It is important to know that this New Upgrade will only work on sites collections where you did the full App Catalog upgrade. If you happen to miss upgrading for the other site collections you have, the version of those sites will remain the same until you proceed upgrading them as well.
