These rules apply to both the License Manager and ShortPoint Designers.

Accounts that cannot be assigned as License Manager and ShortPoint Designer
There are a number of accounts that can not be assigned as License Manager and ShortPoint Designer:
- shared accounts;
- support accounts;
- system accounts;
- shared admin accounts.
Account multiplexing
Any user that using ShortPoint for Microsoft Teams should be properly licensed. We don't allow the license multiplexing, and we are monitoring such license violations.
User reassignment
Your license will be locked to the assigned user. You can reassign your licensed user 1 time per year by emailing us at support@shortpoint.com. We would appreciate if you indicate Reassign ShortPoint Designer as an email topic.
You are also allowed to request the licensed user change once you have team changes or urgent matters. Please note that reassigning licensed users is subject to ShortPoint license audit approval.
