Use the Spacing tab of your ShortPoint Design Element to manage its inner (padding) and outer (margin) spacing:
By default, margins and paddings are set automatically. However, you may change them to your own preference, or set different spacing for different devices.

Custom padding
This option allows you to set the padding - inner spacing of the Design Element content.
By default, the padding values are set in px (pixels), but you may as well use percentage, %. Simply type the desired spacing for the top, bottom, left and right sides.
For example, this is how it will look like if you put 20% padding-right value:
Advanced padding
Here, you can:
- Apply different padding for Tablet Devices;
- Apply different padding for Mobile Devices.
You can apply the needed values in the same way as in the main settings:
Note: The same padding settings will apply to the Design Element on all the devices if you decide not to customize padding settings for tablets and mobile devices.
Custom margin
This option allows you to set the margin - outer spacing of the Design Element content.
By default, the margin values are set in px (pixels), but you may as well use the percentage, %. Simply type the desired spacing for the top, bottom, left and right sides.
For example, this is how it will look like if you put 10% margin-top value:
Advanced margin
Here, you can:
- Apply different margin for Tablet Devices;
- Apply different margin for Mobile Devices.
You can apply the needed values in the same way as in the main settings:
