ShortPoint Theme Builder allows you to create unique SharePoint themes and designs. If you do not want to start building from scratch, you can take any of our free ShortPoint Themes templates and apply them to your SharePoint site.

Prerequisites
- You must have the latest version of ShortPoint installed on your SharePoint environment.
- You must be a ShortPoint Designer with an active license.
Interactive Tutorial
Before starting the interactive tutorial, go through the theme templates below and copy the code of the Theme you wish to use:
- Theme 1 - Get code
- Theme 2 - Get code
- Theme 3 - Get code
- Theme 4 - Get code
- Theme 5 - Get code
- Theme 6 - Get code
NOTEThe themes do not include color palette and theme color configuration. You will have to modify the color palette manually. To learn more about applying brand colors, check out our Theme Builder course in ShortPoint Academy.

Follow the detailed guide below to learn how to import ShortPoint Themes:
Step 1: Copy the Theme code you prefer
Listed below are the different free SharePoint templates as seen in the Themes section of our demos library.
Copy the code of the Theme you prefer and proceed to the next step:
- Theme 1 - Get code
- Theme 2 - Get code
- Theme 3 - Get code
- Theme 4 - Get code
- Theme 5 - Get code
- Theme 6 - Get code
NOTEThe themes do not include color palette and theme color configuration. You will have to modify the color palette manually. To learn more about applying brand colors, check out our Theme Builder course in ShortPoint Academy.
NOTEYou may also request the Theme Builder customization code of any page template you see on our Demos Library. Simply submit a support ticket to our customer support team.
Step 2: Open Theme Builder
- Go to the SharePoint site you want to use.
- Click the ShortPoint logo.
- Select Theme Builder.
Step 3: Paste the Theme code
- Select Utilities.
- Click Import / Export.
- Paste the copied Theme code from Step 1 under the Import field.
- Click Apply.
Step 4: Publish
- Once you are satisfied with your changes, click Publish.
That’s it! You can now easily copy our ready-to-use Theme templates to your SharePoint sites.
