Issue

To activate ShortPoint Add-In or SPFx license, you need to open ShortPoint Licensing page and activate your license.

Sometimes after requesting the ShortPoint Trial you will open the Licensing page and find that there is no "New license is available" message and Activate button is missing. 

Reason

This may be caused by a typo in a domain name that was used for requesting a trial.

Solution

In this case, simply contact us by sending an email to support@shortpoint.com or create a new ticket on this page.
