Issue

Oops, the installation has failed!

Something went wrong and ShortPoint SPFx could not complete the installation. Please remove ShortPoint SPFx from site content and try installation again.

Reason

As part of ShortPoint SPFx installation, we deploy few lists to save data like Generators, Connections, Theme settings and Integrations. In rare case, we noticed that sometimes those lists are not created during App installation process.

Solution

The best way to fix this problem is to

1. Go to Site Content
2. Remove ShortPoint SPFx App
   Note: Please make sure you do not delete the Old ShortPoint App accidentally which might result in data loss
3. Add ShortPoint SPFx to the site content and try to run Install again
