Try ShortPoint nowBefore You Begin
Make sure that you have De-activated the Add-In/SPFx First:
Step 1:
Open the SharePoint Site where you have ShortPoint App installed
Step 2:
Open Site Contents
Step 3:
Locate the ShortPoint App. Click three dots icon to open the context menu and click Remove
In the Modern Site Experience:
Click the ellipsis (…) and then Remove.
Step 4. Remove App from Recycle Bin.
From the same Site Contents page, At the top right side of the page click RECYCLE BIN button.
Check the ShortPoint row and click Delete Selection.
