Step 2: Deploy ShortPoint Widget for the First Time

Now that ShortPoint Widget is cloned and ready in your Web IDE environment, it's time to deploy it into the SAP Cloud Platform Portal and start playing around with ShortPoint.

To Deploy the Widget, right click on folder shortpoint-widget-beta > Deploy > Deploy to SAP Cloud Platform

A "Login to SAP Cloud Platform" popup might appear, if you have not deployed yet during the current session.

Then the Dialog “Deploy Application to SAP Cloud Platform” will appear, choose Deploy a new application and click Deploy

It will take few minutes until deployment is successful. Once deployment is successfully completed, a dialog “Successfully Deployed” will appear. Just Close it.
