Unfortunately, it is not possible by default in the Alert design element, but you are able to apply such changes using Custom CSS.

You can insert such Custom CSS tab in the settings of Section or Row which contain your Alert design element.

Here is the Custom CSS code:

.shortpoint-alert {
    text-align: center;
    font-family: Comic Sans MS;
    font-size: 25px;
}

Where: 

text-align is alignment of text;

font-family is font which you want to apply;

font-size is the size of font you want to have.
