Want to show all connected child items to a parent list item on page, how to filter?

I am trying to make a page for a list item that has a few child connections to other lists. For example I have a Location and it has Documents, Tasks, and other list items connected to it. Can I make a page for the Locations list item that shows all of the child items?

Also can start from the Locations list and it creates a dynamic filter or add a parameter to the URL?

This was something I could do in a Connected Web part in Share Point Designer. Don't know if ShortPoint can do it?
