How to Remove ShortPoint Coding in Page URL

I create a page by copying another page that has ShortPoint parts on it and sometimes, not all the time, I see extra coding added after the .aspx in the new page's URL (similar to the example below). Can you tell me why this occurs and if there is something I can do to stop this from happening? Is it due to copying a page that had ShortPoint parts on it? I would prefer to not have this extra code appear in the URL since it might confuse some people.
