This article explains how ShortPoint licensing is handled when you need to move to a new environment.

If you would like to move from one environment to another and use ShortPoint in your new environment, here is what the process of license migration would be:

1. We provision a 2-week trial license to your new tenant (per your request the license can be extended to 4 weeks);

2. After the mentioned period ends, the new environment trial license will become inactive, until we get a confirmation from you that you are completely ready to move to the new environment;
3. After receiving confirmation, we will deactivate the old environment license and activate the new environment license.
