Extract ShortPoint Data From SharePoint Page

This article will explain how to save your Classic/Modern SharePoint page before sending it to our support to extract ShortPoint Data.

Step 1. Save your page as HTML

Right-click at any field of your SharePoint page and choose Save page as.. from the options:

When saving the page on your PC or laptop, make sure to choose "Webpage, HTML Only" format for Save as type option:

Important: Saving the page in any other format will not work correctly.

Step 2. Hand over the page to our support team

Attach the HTML copy of the page to the ticket you have open with the support team.

Once they receive your file, they should be able to extract the Page Design, Theme Builder settings, and any Generated ShortPoint Design Elements you have on your environment.
