We came across many requests about linking the result of people search to people's Delve URL. This article explains how to achieve it!

Step 1: Connect to People Search or People in SharePoint Group (Any filter)

Note: For the sake of this example, we have used People Search's All People filter but you can use any of the filter or People in SharePoint Group connection.

Step 2: Map link with delve profile

The important part here is to put following in the Link value;

https://<YOUR TENANCY>.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/me.aspx/?p=#WorkEmail&v=work

Please replace <YOUR TENANCY> with your tenancy name. For example your tenancy is shortpoint365, then the url will be 

https://shortpoint365.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/me.aspx/?p=#WorkEmail&v=work

That's it! Add the ShortPoint to the page. here is how the link will render;
