By default, when you add the Countdown Design Element to your page, you will see the icon, days, hours, minutes, and seconds displayed inside:

Prerequisites
- You must have the latest version of ShortPoint SPFx installed on your SharePoint environment.
- You must be a ShortPoint Designer with an active license.
- You must already have the Countdown Design Element on your page.

Follow the steps below for a detailed guide on how to hide/show certain items inside the Countdown Design Element:
Step 1: Edit the ShortPoint web part
- Go to the SharePoint page you want to use and click Edit:
- Click the cross icon to close the Toolbox:
- Select the ShortPoint tag.
- Click the Edit properties icon:
Step 2: Edit the Countdown Design Element
NOTEBefore proceeding, make sure you already have the Countdown Design Element on your page. To learn how to add it to your page, check out How to Customize the Countdown Design Element.
- Click the Countdown tag:
- Select the cogwheel icon to open the Settings window:
Step 3: Choose which items to hide/show
- Click the next icon:
- Navigate to the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down until you see Hide and Show and click it:
- Click the toggle button to hide the item you don’t want to be displayed:
Step 4: Save
- Once you are satisfied with how your Countdown looks, click the green check mark.
- Then, click the eye icon to see your page in real time:
- Click Save to keep all your changes:
That’s it! You can now hide certain items inside the Countdown Design Element. You can now start applying this feature on your SharePoint pages.
